From time to time all manufactures have a car that has an issue. Audi you are not only measured on your quality of product, but also on how you provide service. The reflection on my service to date has had some highlights, however the overall rating is extremely low. No matter how good you manufacturing process every now and then you'll have a lemon. Audi Centre Brisbane, I'm Disappointed and I'm not the only customer. ⢠Each time I had a fault with the vehicle, Audi denied it existed Steering wheel vibration My first response from ACB was," it not our problem take it to where you got the wheels from" , I only had the car for 12 hrs at this time and had completed less than 40 Kms â¢This issue was only resolved when I made ACB take the car for a weekend drive (a proper drive not a quick road trip and round the block, after a I had to throw the keys at the service desk (about by 8th trip to service on the same issue its was the control arms and Bushes) ⢠Dashboard Lockups! ⢠Grinding noise on turns under acceleration ⢠Excessive Oil Consumption issue (I still have Oil on the driveway and Garage door/walls), Colleague thought it was diesel to which they were happy to provide a stat Dec) ⢠Excessive Engine Noise after rebuild ⢠MMI Lockup (not switching off) ⢠Audi Australia's initial response has clearly been, not to assist in resolving the faults, just delaying the repairs or hopping the customer will go away. ⢠Audi Centre Brisbane lied in how the results were being resolved ...
